Quality Administrator (4 Month Fixed Term Contract) – Part Time
Colchester
£11.39 per hour
Part Time Working Hours: 24 Hours per week

The Quality Administrator role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with attention to detail.

Reporting to the Global Quality and Food Safety Manager, the Quality Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the documentation for product certifications is collated and to be submitted to the product certifications.

You’ll gain exposure to a Quality and Food Safety team and process, alongside the structure of external product quality accreditations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for product certification paperwork; for example, Vegan Society, HALAL, Organic and Good Manufacturing Practice.
+ Keeping the Raw material database up to date and requesting information from suppliers when required
+ Responsible for the creation and organisation of Product Quality Documentation, such as + Certificates of Analysis and Good in report assessments
+ Bill of material updates

What we are looking for:

+ 3 years administrative experience
+ Organised
+ Attention to detail
+ Ability to prioritise
+ Willingness to challenge and point out errors in process
+ Knowledge of the Active Nutrition industry is advantageous
