Your Role:

As Accounts & Administration Manager you will be a crucial part working at the centre of the team:

Your general day-to-day might look like:

+ Raising and processing sales invoices
+ Liaising with franchisees to maintain relationships, reconcile accounts and ensure on time payment of invoices.
+ Completing a daily bank reconciliation ensuring sales, purchase ledger & cash book are maintained and up to date
+ Working with external payroll provider to process monthly payroll
+ Collating and processing information with regard to new starters and leavers
+ Arranging and minuting board meetings
+ Helping to drive improvements in reporting and underlying business processes to increase quality and timeliness of information.
+ Ad hoc reporting and special projects for the senior management team, as required

About You:

+ Experience working in credit control
+ Highly organised self-starter with the ability to plan and prioritise workload in line with internal and external requirements and business objectives;
+ Good communication and presentation skills.
+ Tenacious with the ability to take initiative
+ Can work efficently remotely
