We currently have a great opportunity for a Sales Rep / Account Manager to join the Petronas finished lubricants sales team. You will be responsible for finished lubricants sales in the region, including industrial and OEM & aftermarket lubricant customers across the North West & North Wales, and will have ownership for delivering sales and profitability targets for this region.

You will manage an existing customer base and will be expected to build strong relationships to develop new business and deliver targeted growth. In addition to this, you will have a strong remit of new customer acquisition across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Proactively uncovering new business opportunities – either with existing customers or new customers
+ Managing, progressing and developing an opportunity pipeline
+ Working collaboratively with our customers sales people to drive business with end-users
+ Making yourself indispensable in the customer's eyes and adding value to the product
+ Exploring opportunities to cross-sell wherever possible
+ Navigating through channel conflict and challenges to result in positive outcomes
+ Working with internal CRM, sales reporting and pricing systems

+ Able to build strong relationships with customers
+ Comfortable managing existing accounts and identifying and winning new business
+ Able to work effectively with cross-functional colleagues
+ Organised and able to prioritise with effective time management skills
+ Capable of working with customers to drive sales to the end-user
+ Able to quickly develop a network of sales people inside our core aftermarket customer base to access and unlock the market potential in the area
