Our team is looking for a proactive Account Executive to join our fantastic team.

We are an award winning European leader that remanufactures PC printer inkjet cartridges as well as developing and selling an amazing range of Polaroid branded 3D Printers and Pens. About Us:

We are Europe’s longest established and largest collector and remanufacturer of inkjet cartridges. Since we were established in 1992, we have been at the forefront of the European cartridge remanufacturing industry and are recognised as one the foremost technical innovators in the industry.

We specialise in the supply of high quality private-label cartridges for leading UK and European high street, mail order and web-based channels as well as major office supplies’ resellers. The independent trade magazine, ‘The Recycler’, named us as the number one recycler of inkjet cartridges in the world!

In 2017 the Company diversified into production of 3D printers and pens. Our 3D pen is sold under the Polaroid brand and licence. The role will be responsible for both inkjet and 3D pen sales.

The factory, collections processing centre, distribution centre and head office are based in Park Royal, North West London. The group’s sales currently exceed £8 million and we employ around 70 staff with operations covering the UK and Europe.

The Account Executive role:

By overseeing a portfolio of customers, the Sales Account Executive role is to maintain and develop long-term, trusting relationships which encourages retention, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

This role is an exciting opportunity with travel to visit customers, trade shows and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Key Account management of all existing accounts, preparing quotes and specifications
+ Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to optimise profit
+ Ensuring the accuracy of sales order processing and fulfilment of orders in line with commitments
+ Assisting with challenging customer requests or escalations
+ Generating new sales leads through both inbound and outbound phone calls
+ Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
+ Accurately reporting on sales activity / account status
+ Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of current and future market trends, industry legislation and competitor capability
+ Developing new business with existing clients and/or identifying areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
+ Building rapport and strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers
+ Maintaining collaborative working practices, developing good rapport and effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

Key Skills Required:

+ 2+ years experience in a sales/account executive role
+ Ideally have sales experience in office products, stationary or tech
+ Proven work experience in a relevant role delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
+ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-suite
+ Solid experience with MS Office particularly MS Excel and knowledge of CRM systems
+ Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
