We are currently recruiting for a formidable Sales Growth Account Manager to manage and grow our existing client base. With your enthusiasm, charm and dedication for customer success you will grow revenue sustainably whilst helping the business to achieve its Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Experience of CRM or business systems preferably within the SaaS or cloud services industry would be highly advantageous.

The Sales Growth Account Manager Opportunity:

As Sales Growth Account Manager, you will hold a pivotal role within the sales team responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and fostering strong client relationships. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this position requires a passionate individual with a proven track record in sales, account management, and achieving sales targets.

This role is crucial for our continued growth and focuses on maximising the value of our existing customer base by deepening and expanding customer relationships post-initial sale.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Strategically driving increased sales within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
+ Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships
+ Working closely with the customer service, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
+ Monitoring and reporting on key account metrics
+ Gathering customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements,
+ Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings

About you:

+ Able to attend our Salisbury office twice a week (we’re always in on ‘Team Tuesdays’)
+ Minimum 3-5 years experience working in sales
+ Passionate about solving business problems and using technology effectively
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
+ Active and experienced on social media with knowledge about how to best use the tool for networking
+ Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
+ Attention to detail, proactive in capturing and recording customer info
+ Good presentation skills
+ Ideally, you will have some knowledge of CRM or business systems preferably within the SaaS or cloud services industry
