The Sales Consultant role:

At Lexus Carlisle we’re looking for two Sales Executives to join our team, working a 5-day week giving you the perfect work life balance. You will work with the innovative Lexus brand and be offered industry leading training and product expertise, a company car and an excellent commission package giving you the rewards you deserve.

As a Lexus Sales Executive, you will be geared up for every aspect of the customer experience, from the first hello to handing over the keys you will support the customers purchase journey as you build long-lasting relationships with your customers. If you are a self-motivated individual, with excellent customer service skills to offer, then we want to hear from you!

Successful candidates will also benefit from enrolment in our bespoke Sales Training Evaluation Program [STEP] giving you the support and training to succeed as a Sales Executive!

About you:

+ Be self-driven for success.
+ Have honesty and integrity.
+ Deliver outstanding customer service – making sure all customers feel completely satisfied.
+ Be able to build a natural rapport with customers.
+ Be IT literate and have the ability to use modern technology and sales techniques.
+ Be able to effectively operate as part of a team.
+ Have exemplary communication skills (written & verbal).
+ Have a full clean UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months.
