5 day working week including Saturdays and Sundays on rota.

The Sales Executive Role:

You’re going to be talking to customers. A lot. You’ll engage with them whilst following our sales process, and leave them delighted, because you are brilliant at customer service.

You’ll get a great understanding of our vehicles and add on products and be able to present their features and benefits using your friendly, professional and helpful personality.

You know and understand how important it is to use social media, video and chat platforms to engage with customers, and you’re not afraid to use them.

You’ll be able to work 5 days a week, 8.30-6pm which includes Saturdays, a late night rota until 7pm and a Sunday rota as customers are often more available over the weekends. You’ll also enjoy getting involved in local sales activities, including VIP events and outdoor showground events.

You’ll have a full UK driving licence for both manual and automatic and have no more than 6 points.

Key Objectives of the Role:

+ To build a rapport with customers and identify their requirements
+ To deliver excellent customer satisfaction
+ To make daily prospecting calls using our dealer database and systems
+ To achieve and maintain a high level of new and used vehicle sales including add-on sales
+ To represent the brand in accordance with dealer standards and Company requirements
+ To actively maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business
+ To act with due diligence when negotiating and completing a sales transaction

Requirements:

+ You must be a good communicator, articulate, friendly and patient
+ You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a customer service environment
+ You must be smart in appearance and well organised
+ You must have a full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
