Sales and Marketing Administrator
Home based with occasional visits to office, events and meetings as required
£25,000
25 days’ holiday, 4% employer pension contribution (employee contribution 4% of salary), life assurance and private medical insurance, training and career development

The Sales and Marketing Administrator:
As Sales & Marketing Administrator, your primary focus will be to support the Commercial Director and Commercial team to ensure the efficient running of the function and manage and deliver sales and marketing activities which are designed and raise the profile of the business and generate sales.
You will be joining a small, established and thought-leading Consultancy. You will be getting involved in all aspects of administration, marketing and sales including:
+ Diary management and scheduling
+ Travel arrangements and coordination
+ Expense reports and processing
+ Minute taking and actions from key meetings
+ Managing the Commercial Director’s email inbox, managing orders, following up and liaising with prospects and customers
+ CRM database updates and report management
+ Managing incoming sales and marketing requests and client enquiries
+ Liaising with clients and prospects on behalf of the team
+ Market research, analysis of competitors and keeping ahead of them
+ Supporting the Sales team with ad hoc requests for clients – reports, quotations, information etc.
+ Producing engaging marketing across all platforms including digital and traditional marketing, collateral, brand content and PR.
+ Building and maintaining social media presence, especially LinkedIn
+ Event planning, organisation, and coordination, including invitation management and handling communication with clients and prospects
+ Collateral design and direct marketing activities
A little bit about you:
+ 1+ year’s sales / marketing experience working in a professional organisation or completion of a Sales / Marketing degree or similar
+ Able to work closely and effectively with the existing sales & marketing team with little supervision
+ Understanding of the cyber security industry / IT / tech / consultancy or similar would be preferable
+ Great communication skills to professionally produce well-written and professional letters and e-mails
+ Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
+ Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to interpret and quickly absorb information, a strong desire and willingness to learn
+ Creative with an amazing work ethic and motivation to succeed
+ Resourceful and resilient
+ Strong knowledge of technology and software – MS Office, email, MailMerge, Marketing technology (for example Illustrator or Venngage), possibly Salesforce
+ Have a positive, fun, can-do attitude, with a desire to learn and grow
