We are currently looking for a full-stack Salesforce Developer to join our team.

You will be given the responsibility of taking full control of the EMEA development environment for all of their Salesforce implementations, analysing where improvements need to be made, designing effective solutions as a key member of our Architectural Review Board team and developing and testing your implementations using development best practices.

As well as working with EMEA colleagues, you will be part of a global team and work with colleagues based in the US to define and govern standards for system development, participate in roadmap planning and identify areas of improvement.

You will also be instrumental in developing solutions for related technologies to support digital initiatives to optimise processes and customer and supplier integration.

What you’ll deliver day-to-day:

+ Analyse and single out key areas of our current Salesforce integration that need to be improved upon and added to, experience of integration to either SAP, Tableau and a centralised MDM system would be an advantage.
+ Identify areas of improvement for current functionality as well as promoting new functionality released both in terms of technical and business benefits.
+ Be an active member of our Architectural Review Board, promoting best practice and advising on solution development to support our Digital aspirations.
+ Be part of a global team and advise on our future global roadmap, making recommendations and being involved in investigation activities.
+ Work with other IT teams across multiple applications to identify areas of continuous improvement.
+ Develop and test your code, using regular coding reviews in order to follow best coding practices.
+ Ensure that all aspects of our compliance and governance processes are followed and support audit testing of these controls.

About You:

+ Broad depth of knowledge across Salesforce solutions.
+ Proven ability to design and implement new solutions and support user adoption.
+ Successful track record of performing a lead developer role within complex multi-regional projects.
+ An effective communicator who develops a network of contacts across the business, explaining technical solutions and queries in language colleagues can understand.
+ Experience of operating governance in a regulated environment
+ Bradford based with very occasional travel required
+ Proven track record in delivering process improvements.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

+ 5+ years in a Salesforce development role.
+ Salesforce Certification desired.
+ Experience in full-stack Salesforce development with:
+ Sharing Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Approvals and Validation Rules.
+ Apex, Batch Apex and Trigger development, Visualforce development, Lightning, Lightning Connect.
+ Rest API, SOAP API development
+ Knowledge of Data Tables desired.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of the following tools:
+, Eclipse IDE or Visual Studio Code, SFDX, Postman or SOAP UI and Apex Data Loader
+ Comprehensive knowledge of Javascript
+ Knowledge of other coding languages (Java, C#, SQL knowledge desirable).
+ Desired experience of integrating to SAP, Tableau and the use of Cloudcraze and Mulesoft would be an advantage.
