The Scheduling Assistant role:
The scheduling department is responsible to ensure that customer call offs are booked into the schedule per the customers’ expectations and within set lead times.
As we are working with live construction sites the program can change on a daily basis, the scheduler must have the ability to react quickly to changing situations and amend job programs and allocate work to teams efficiently within geographic areas. This role is high paced and can be challenging due to the nationwide coverage of our work, high volume and constant changes to build programs.
As scheduler, you must be able to effectively communicate with site teams and our operatives who install the kit.
+ Scheduling all call offs within 72 hours.
+ Confirming all visits 72 hours before (measuring this on aborted visits).
+ Allocating teams (measuring run rate for efficiency).
+ Treating customers, colleagues and everyone we deal with fairly providing excellent service.
+ Always looking for a better way and challenging the norm.
+ Always looking to help your teammates succeed.
