The Senior Account Manager Role:
+ Lead effective communication with client on all aspects of the relationship.
+ Provide a day-to-day point of contact, dealing with issues as they arise. Involve Management team as needed and where escalation required.
+ Understand what the client wants from the Corrivo platform and how that is likely to change over time
+ Upsell products which reflect these needs
+ Work with the management team to set and manage KPI’s for the key accounts you work with.
Responsibilities to be undertaken with colleagues:
+ Service desk: work closely with the Service Desks for WS and Corrivo which will be responsible for day-to-day tickets
+ Product: feedback to Product on client needs, arrange meetings between DI Product and key client contacts at least twice/year
+ Marketing & Sales: provide feedback on the benefits to clients of using Corrivo, develop reference customer relationships
+ Commercial Manager: work closely on the pricing of new products and features, upselling and contract renewals
The Senior Account Manager’s coverage of key clients will begin shortly before go-Live as identified during implementation with constant review of all accounts and their needs over time.
+ Experienced in key account management and the implementation of solution based products and outsourced services
+ Proven account management history.
+ Understanding of financial departments, credit control and transactional processes
+ A track record developing strong customer relationships at all levels
be able to have clear and concise technical discussions with customers and our Technical team and be able to capture their requirements.
