The Senior Consultant Opportunity:
As we continue to evolve and grow at pace, we are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to help our clients define, shape and embed high performing, sustainable cultures. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping end-to-end culture transformation programmes, leading the client relationships, and managing a team. If you have a proven track record of driving culture transformation and/or change programmes at a national and global level, we would love to hear from you.

We are therefore interested to hear from people from a range of backgrounds Strategy, Organisational Development and Effectiveness, Transformation and Change, Culture, HR, CX, Brand, Behavioural Science and Operations who have worked either in house, in a consultancy or both and who can bring a new perspective to our thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Shaping pioneering culture methodologies
+ Guiding qualitative and quantitative research
+ Designing culture solutions
+ Managing high-risk, fast pace programmes with transformational change
+ Acting as the key point of contact for senior clients and leadership teams, coaching and guiding them to become their trusted advisor and strengthening the partnership
About you:
+ Background in different business environments
+ Experience in successfully navigating complex business contexts
+ Ability to build strong rapport with senior leaders and stakeholders
+ Experience of shaping pioneering solutions
+ Demonstrable experience of delivering measurable outcomes and impact
+ Credibility and personal impact at a senior level
+ Naturally consultative with the ability to influence others, gain respect, change viewpoints, nurture alignment and secure buy-in
+ Intellectually curious and determined to see the bigger picture, understand the context, and identify the impact of solutions, opportunities and constraints
+ Commercially astute as you will lead programmes profitability and be accountable for commercial success
