The Senior Content Marketing Manager role:

We are looking to expand our team once again by adding an ambitious Senior Digital Content Marketing Manager to our growing marketing department.

Based at our Coventry office, this position offers the opportunity for both remote and office-based working.

As a marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns that engage target audiences to achieve awareness, demand generation, pipeline building, and pipeline acceleration.

When you run lead generation campaigns, quality content will be a crucial part of their success. As a result, we are looking for someone with unmatched communication, project management and organisational skills.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

+ Go-To-Market (GTM) planning with a focus on digital content management, campaign execution and data management
+ Create, execute and optimise B2B lead generation campaigns across all channels to provide a unified experience that engages target audiences at various points along the customer journey
+ Using the full digital marketing mix to run integrated lead generation campaigns that include the full range of marketing tactics in support of ‘always on’ activities
+ Content Management to develop our industry content marketing plan and campaign optimisation
+ Persona mapping and alignment to the customer journey with compelling call to actions
+ Event Management to accommodate digital webinars, physical events and exhibitions
+ Managing and overseeing campaign performance and measurement

About you:

+ Solid experience working in a similar role in B2B marketing
+ Experience in owning and planning key GTMs with a focus on running integrated marketing campaigns
+ You will have a great enthusiasm and a passion for building effective lead generation programmes
+ Superior copywriting and creative skills, including a proven ability to explain complex digital concepts and technologies to target personas. (Ideally from a journalism background)
+ High level of understanding in Digital Marketing with strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and B2B Social Media Marketing
+ Experience of using CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to manage campaign activity and report on ROI
+ The ability to create own content types including; Image editing, desk top publishing, video editing, audio editing to create blogs/interviews, e-books, videos, podcasts, case studies, press releases, presentations, infographics
+ Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks to deadlines
+ Marketing experience in the ERP, CRM, Analytics or HR software marketplace would be an advantage
+ Experience of running industry marketing communications programmes would also be advantageous
