The Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant role:

As Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you will be in a senior delivery role within the Consulting Practice with responsibility for the design and implementation of SAP HXM solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

You will work alongside the project management and delivery teams ensuring that solutions align and integrate within contracted technical specifications and NTT DATA Business Solutions/client IT strategy to deliver the intended and expected results.

You will support the development of the HXM practice, be responsible for the delivery and quality of SuccessFactors projects and be the champion and "go-to" person for any SuccessFactors opportunity. You will support the current SuccessFactors team to embrace an expanding HXM practice alongside SAP's growing portfolio of products in the SAP SuccessFactors arena that mirror the go-to-market messages of SAP.

About you:

+ Professional experience working within an SAP HXM consulting environment
+ Proven and demonstrable experience in solution design and architecture with successful delivery and experience of all elements with multiple full project lifecycles
+ Minimum of three successful, full lifecycle projects as Solution Architect with a wide scope of software integration solutions
+ Experience and certifications within multiple SuccessFactors modules covering Core HR, Talent and Payroll
+ Able to communicate, influence, convince and inspire effectively
+ Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing solutions for the resolution of complex projects
+ Able to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders; external customers, suppliers and partners
+ Able to overcome unforeseen situations and keep business objectives in mind
+ Makes solid and reliable decisions in various environments across different industries
+ Experience working with a value added reseller or software house would be advantageous
