We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Service Advisor with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to join the team in Bristol.

Role Info:

Service Advisor / Customer Service
Lexus Bristol
Up to £32,000 OTE
Plus Benefits
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00

Key Duties:

+ Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
+ Liaise with the Workshop and other departments to ensure each service or repair is efficient and carried out to the highest quality standards.
+ Maximise customer awareness of all available retailer services
+ Maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques
+ Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration
+ Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency

About You:

+ You must have previous motor trade experience
+ A minimum of 2 years experience within this position is essential
+ You must be a good communicator and have excellent customer satisfaction skills
+ You must be efficient, organised and flexible
+ A full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points is required
