We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our evolving Service Coordinator Team.

The successful candidate will be an excellent problem solver & form part of a Team focused on driving alignment & continuous improvement across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations & Transport, with the objective of improving Customer Experience & internal efficiencies.

What you’ll deliver day-to-day:

+ Have a strong understanding of the business, our cross functional business activities & Customer expectations.
+ Ability to problem solve, carry out in-depth investigation & identify areas for process improvement.
+ Recommend & assist implementation of process changes that yield measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness & Customer experience.
+ Ability to communicate process change in a clear & straightforward manner.
+ Coach people cross functionally to achieve behavioural change & process adoption.
+ Work in a structured way with full accountability for task completion.
+ A dynamic person, keen to develop strong relationships & seek commitment to common goals.
+ Good knowledge of SAP & experienced when using MS Office packages.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be keen to develop strong relationships and seek commitment to common goals. It would be advantageous if you have previous experience in distribution, warehousing and administration. You must be a strong communicator, both written and verbally, with a good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Experience of CRM systems and SAP.
