The service delivery team each have 20+ years of technical delivery expertise over a range of verticals and disciplines and are all considered experts in their fields. We need more technical multi-role fighters who can pick up any system or technology quickly so we can solve our customers' problems.

The Service Desk Associate Opportunity:

The Service Desk Associate opportunity is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals passionate about technology and eager to start a career in IT support. This role is crucial to our IT operations practice, focusing on delivering service desk assistance, client support, and engaging in managed services tasks. Our associates are essential in our mission to solve wicked tech problems, ensuring our clients' IT needs are effectively and efficiently met.

As an associate, you can advance to the Consultant level by demonstrating the ability to handle more complex tasks independently and showing a proactive approach to expanding your IT knowledge.

We will also support you with your professional development through mentorship programmes, access to training courses and certifications relevant to the service desk field.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Providing crucial support in IT service desk operations
+ Using your growing IT operations knowledge as a foundation for acquiring new skills
+ Committing to continuous personal growth through engaging in hands-on project work, formal training, and achieving relevant certifications
+ Offering first-level troubleshooting and support on IT service issues to clients
+ Participating in agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint activities aimed at solving client problems efficiently
+ Assisting in the creation and upkeep of documentation related to IT procedures,
