We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Desk Coordinator with our team based in Cadishead.
You will coordinate all materials through SAP; inbound and outbound from gate entrance through to exit, including weighbridge duties, driver inductions and all inbound and outbound safety documents. As Shift Desk Controller, your main mission will be ensuring safe procedures are followed from the front line.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Letting all vehicles onto site via the front gate using the intercom system
+ Creating vehicle loading & offloading paperwork
+ Assisting the Shift Manager with Emergency Responses – performing the role of evacuation roll call of all personnel on site
+ Supporting the Shift manager with opening and closing storage tank valves using the SCADA computer system
+ Operating the onsite weighbridge, setting up the loads and generating the weighbridge tickets
+ Taking telephone bookings for inbound and outbound vehicles
+ Processing all production orders, outbound shipments, and inbound receipts, BOM set up and amendments
+ Dealing with stock queries on put away or picking
+ Processing of HMRC Documents through the EMCS system
+ Weekly audits of internal control documents
We Are Looking For:
+ A high calibre administrator
+ Exceptional organisational skills
+ Numerically accurate and competent
+ Strong MS Office skills
+ A confident and capable multi-tasker
+ Able to prioritise and process administrational tasks efficiently and accurately
+ A committed team worker
+ Able to work flexibly in a small and supportive team on a successful Chemical Production, Storage and Distribution site
+ SAP knowledge is desirable, but not essential
