The Showroom Host role:

This role will see you act as the face and voice of Tunbridge Wells, greeting sales and service customers both face to face and by phone.

As a showroom Host you will deliver an incredible customer service experience to all who enter the retail centre.

By building rapports with our customers and establishing their needs quickly, you will create a fantastic bespoke service.

By being a Showroom Host, you will act as an ambassador to reflect the Toyota brand and standards in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Greeting all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member
+ Taking phone calls and responding to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team
+ Providing refreshments for dealership visitors and ensuring the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked
+ Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
+ Assisting with administrative tasks as required

About you:

To be successful, you will have previous experience as a receptionist, administrator or customer service advisor within a professional environment (vehicle dealership experience preferred but not essential) and have intermediate IT skills.

In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate:

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
+ Strong organisation and time management skills
+ Attention to detail
