Hours: 9am – 3pm Saturday and 11am – 3pm Sunday (with some flexibility)

The Weekend Showroom Host role:

As a Showroom Host you will deliver an incredible customer service experience to all who enter the Retail Centre. As a Showroom Host you will build rapport with our customers, establish their needs quickly in order to create a bespoke service for them. Our Hosts are our Brand Ambassadors, reflecting the brand image and standards in everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Meeting & Greeting Customers & Visitors and providing suitable refreshments
+ Answering and managing the telephone system
+ Accurately recording calls & visits and relaying messages in a timely manner
+ Some invoicing & filing may be required
+ Managing customer waiting area and showroom – customers & housekeeping

About you:

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ IT literacy
+ Incredible customer service skills
+ The ability to multitask and work under pressure
+ A friendly and approachable manner
