The Solution Sales Manager role:
Reporting to our Sales Manager, Northern Europe, the Solution Sales Manager role is a very important position, supporting the wider sales function.
Your main focus will be lead qualification, sales opportunities and event support, we therefore expect you to be able to handle a high volume of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads
+ Proactively source new business opportunities on our prospect and customer database through outbound activities
+ Sell services such as professional services, such as audits, implementations and migrations by assessing, qualifying, negotiating and closing
+ Coordinate with Sales and Pre-sales functions to organise on-line demonstrations
+ Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through our CRM Salesforce as well as keeping it tidy
+ Support events organisation
+ Ensure a constant watch on Valiantys products/solutions, industry trends (DevOps, ITSM, Agile, etc..) and competitors offerings.
About you:
We are looking for someone with practical experience in technology sales or in a hi-tech consultancy firm or experience in selling solutions to Enterprise size companies. In other words, you have a proven track record of understanding customer needs and meeting those needs with a successful sale.
We are looking for:
+ Strong phone presence and experience managing a high volume of calls per day.
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
+ Good time management with strong personal organisation
+ Ability to multitask and prioritise
+ High energy, fun and positive attitude
+ Passion, highly collaborative practices and team player
And last but not least, you have experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM as well as web presentation tools.
