The Station Supervisor Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Station Supervisor to coordinate our FBO Team based in Milano Malpensa, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Providing a Service of Excellence to our customers throughout their stopover by developing a responsible and autonomous team
+ Engaging and promoting our brand internally and externally
+ Managing the Malpensa base’s activity ensuring a complete adherence to Company Operational and Safety Policy and procedures
+ Supporting the GM and the Operations Manager in coordinating the day-to-day activity of your area ensuring that all operational tasks are carried out
+ Communicating with all other departments with respect to operations, to ensure that all parties involved are well informed and that all requested services are provided, invoiced, and paid for
+ Proposing new procedures, improvements/initiatives, working methods, etc.

About You:

+ Fluent English speaking and writing skills
+ Hold a full driving licence
+ A Senior Professional with previous experience in aviation or top-class customer service
+ Able to plan effective operations in contact with various departments
+ Proficient in liaising with VIP’s
+ Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
+ Unmatched leadership and teamwork ability
+ Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills
