The Supply Chain Administrator Role:

As Supply Chain Administrator you will provide effective, efficient, and responsive administration & customer service support to the business's Supply Chain division and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare purchase orders for issue to vendors & sub-contractors.
+ Validate and approve supplier invoices.
+ Provide timely advice and support to stakeholders.
+ Produce measures and KPIs as required.
+ Collate & prepare vendor data to provide updates to supply chain teams.
+ Record and update business systems, giving updates on purchases, plans and financials.
+ Produce data and reports for Supply Chain to be sent to other departments within the business.
+ Manage or assist in managing inventory in line with company policies & procedures.
+ Issue, collate and evaluate requests for quotation for both direct and indirect purchases.
+ Ensure that “best terms” are achieved for H+S Aviation in all purchase negotiations.
+ Liaising with external suppliers and escalating performance deviations to ensure best in class turn around time and promised delivery date.
+ Collate information from worldwide sites and present to inventory teams.
+ Identify opportunities for improvement processes in working practices and team efficiency.
+ Source new suppliers, including the preparation, issue and evaluation of supplier selection/vetting & tender documents.
+ Attend supplier meetings as required.

About You:

+ Some Admin experience
+ Excellent data input skills
+ Conscientious, analytical & detail-focused
+ Thorough, methodical approach
+ Intermediate knowledge of Excel
+ CIPS Certificate or Advanced Certificate (or willing to obtain)
