The Opportunity:

An opportunity to join a dynamic Irish SME that is distributing its products to over 4,000 retail store customers around the world. Based in our converted farmhouse in Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow we export 90% of our sales to North America, the UK and Europe, and we need a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator & Analyst to join our small Supply Chain Operations team. The Supply Chain / Data Analyst Role:

Our Supply Chain Operations team is expanding, following the consistent and fast paced growth of Fragrances of Ireland and we need a driven and self-starter Supply Chain Co-Ordinator & Analyst to support on end-to-end supply chain activities.

The ideal candidate will be working closely with our Supply Chain Operations Manager supporting the design, revision and implementation of processes, ensuring data consistency for smooth day-to-day operations and coordinating key projects to ensure on time completion and within budget and will support the creation and maintenance of SC metrics and reports.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Day-to-day Functions:

+ Ensure all required data is up and running for ERP/MRP functions for existing and new products
+ Audit inventory and ensure recorded stock is aligned with 3PL
+ Audit Purchase Orders and Production orders and ensure they are internally aligned as well as aligned with supplier
+ Manage local inventory and ensure local warehouses are replenished
+ Support the Supply Chain Operations Manager as required in the day to day management of the business

Continuous Improvement Business Support:

+ Process revision and re-engineering
+ Creation and monitoring on KPI’s
+ Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
+ Reporting

Key Project Support:

+ Processes and procedures digitalization
+ Power BI report implementation
+ Upcoming projects on Procurement, Logistics and Distribution

About You:

+ University degree /Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, Materials Management or a related discipline
+ Minimum 2 years experience in a role commensurate with the defined Responsibility section
+ Advanced Excel skills with ability to work with complex data sets necessary.
+ Knowledge of ERP systems (especially SAP Business One) is desirable but not essential
+ Knowledge of Power BI or genuine interest in developing it
+ Knowledge and experience of working to best practice
+ Good computer literacy and Data Analytics essential
+ Good presentation skills essential
+ Strong planning and time management skills
