We’re on the lookout for a confident support administrator ideally with administrative experience in a sales, distribution or manufacturing environment. You will work with members of the customer service, and sales team and be tasked with accurate and timely administration of key support tasks.

As a Support Administrator, you'll be a valuable support for our internal customer service, operational, credit control and sales teams. You will enjoy investigating invoice queries, getting to the root cause, and putting them right. You will be a thorough and accurate administrator whether setting up new accounts, logging complaints, processing customer credits or providing information to colleagues or customers. You will understand that a strong administration function ensures the business runs smoothly.

What will you deliver day-to-day:

+ Thoroughly investigate all sales ledger queries including delivery and pricing issues and resolve in a timely manner.
+ Process credit requests and goods returns orders in SAP.
+ Process requests for new and amended customer accounts.
+ Log complaints accurately on Univar ERP system and co-ordinate the customer responses.
+ Log customers regulatory requests accurately on the ticketing system.
+ Complete accurate requests for the creation and amendment of material codes.
+ Support the processing of Master Data requests for new suppliers and supplier changes.
+ Compliance to all Company procedures and legislative requirements.
+ Providing first class service by understanding our customers’ requirements and developing a deep understanding of what they need from our business.
+ Ensuring effective and accurate administration.
