Telecoms Support Engineer Role Duties:

+ Unify OpenScape Business and OpenScape Voice PBX (training and accreditation provided)
+ Enghouse VCC Contact Centre (training and accreditation provided)
+ Gamma Horizon
+ Deployment and Fault Diagnostic skills in LAN and WAN environment.
+ Good communication skills with end users covering various levels of experience/knowledge.
+ Normal hours Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. Working from Home/Office and customer site.
+ Expected to work evenings and weekends when required. Overtime pay awarded.

About You:

+ IP networking knowledge
+ understanding VOIP
+ Good communication skills
+ Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
+ Current Driving licence for adhoc client site visits

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Junior Telecoms Engineer, Junior ICT Helpdesk Engineer, Graduate IT Engineer, Telecoms Support Desk Engineer, 1st Line Support IT Technician, Hosted Telecoms / VoIP Engineer, 2nd Line Telecoms Support Desk Engineer.
