The Tier 1 / 2 IT Support Engineer role:

We are looking for an ambitious Tier 1 / 2 IT Support Engineer to join our team, bringing in additional knowledge and skills to serve our customers.

As a small MSP this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in 3rd line projects as well as the day to day 2nd line role. If you have talent and determination then this is the perfect position to help you rapidly accelerate into a career as a senior IT technician.

We care about our customers and so we are looking for others who love technology, business, people, and delivering the highest quality in customer service.

About you:

The successful candidate will have a background in IT (e.g. experience working for an MSP or similar) and should be capable of providing minimum 2nd Line Support for our business customers.

Required Skills:

+ Technical support experience (at an MSP or similar)
+ Experience in providing Telephone and Remote support
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Experience with Office 365
+ Ability to mentor, advise, and work with junior/senior members of the team
+ Hold a full Driving Licence and car (essential)
