Skills: Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong organisational, decision making, and problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate with technicians, customers, and management

The Customer Service Advisor Role:

Our Frontline Service team aims to deliver a memorable Customer experience, building and developing long term relationships with Customers. Creating a memorable customer experience is a key pillar of Toyota’s Beyond Zero company mission strengthening customer lifetime value in order to become a successful mobility company.

The role of a Service Advisor works as a liaison between a customer and a technician, responsible for diagnosing the problem, offering particular services, and helping the customer make an informed decision.

Representing the largest car manufacturer, working for a brand that is built on innovation, both in terms of its products and the processes by which they are made.

+ This role requires you to be professional, have a smart personal appearance and have high standards of verbal and written communication
+ Some experience of working in the Customer Service Sector
+ The role is with a busy dealership that requires someone who can deal with the volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service
+ Confident, friendly and professional individual
+ Excellent time management, planning, organisational skills
+ Hold a valid UK driving licence
+ Computer literate as all systems are computer based
