The Aftersales Apprentice role:

We are currently recruiting for an Aftersales Apprentice to join our Toyota dealership in Ashford. You will be provided with on the job training by your colleagues as well as industry leading manufacturer training and you will be joining a supportive and very friendly team.

Working with a mentor, as an apprentice you will develop the skills, knowledge & behaviours to perform in your job role. A Learning Advisor will visit at regular intervals to review and monitor performance.

20% of the training will be classed as off-the-job. This will include residential learning as well as time during your normal working hours to complete tasks set, e-learning / remote learning, assignments, or mentor guided tasks.

What can you expect to learn from the apprenticeship?

+ Skills to deliver an industry leading level of customer service
+ Ordering, selling and managing parts stock
+ Working with various different departments and people
+ Knowledge about new vehicles and technologies
+ How to sell various products and services
+ An understanding of different roles within the business to be able support across all departments
