Through our ownership of tracking and reporting technology, we enable our clients to increase their online sales, by building profitable partnerships with a wide range of innovative publishers (we currently manage over 300,000 publishers through our network).

The Account Manager Role:
Join our growing Client Services team! Our Account Managers are the point of contact for clients and run large portfolios of accounts on a semi-self-service level. You will educate, manage and problem solve for a group of small and medium sized Advertisers on affiliate marketing, via internal tools and technology to grow their business and overall portfolio. You will cross sell and up sell our Marketing services to retain and grow the portfolio.
Technical /functional expertise:
+ BA degree required
+ 2+ years’ experience in client support (agency, client or consulting)
+ Thorough understanding of internal platforms and products (customise per requirements)
+ Co-ordinate across functions to provide effective solution design
+ Very strong MS Office suite skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
+ Good project management skills
+ Web literate
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, particularly Affiliate Marketing
+ Strong customer services skills: Negotiation, diplomacy, able to translate client requirements into technical specifications
+ Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
+ Analytical and Strategic Marketing: Demonstrate success in measuring results and setting, meeting, and exceeding aggressive quantitative goals. Ability to strategise based on corporate goals
