Experienced Project Manager - mCommerce Solutions Specialist
£40,000 - £45,000 + bonus + 23 days holiday + subsidised on-site gym membership + Mac laptop + smart phone + pension

We’ve already developed an extremely credible reputation by delivering ground-breaking solutions to multiple blue chip clients including Transport for London, Santander, First Group, Go Ahead Group, Transport for Edinburgh, TfGM and Keolis. Main duties:

Working with and reporting to the Head of Operations you will be involved with the following:

+ Establish and nurture rapport with clients that is conducive to a long-term business relationship.
+ Participate as required in client facings aspects of new account implementation and development.
+ Attend client meetings.
+ Prioritise and maintain multiple complex projects within time, technical and resource constraints.
+ Provide written documentation to appropriate team members and clients, which could include an overall rollout plan, timelines, and project assignments.
+ Work closely with department managers to accurately forecast “go live” schedule.
+ Provide problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation as needed for client.
+ Coordinate client resources.
+ Proactively identify and orchestrate prompt resolution of internal and client issues.
+ Offer input to innovate processes, systems, organization and culture.
+ Develop effective relationships to gain/maintain a deep understanding of projects, client activities and business priorities.
+ Provide guidance and assistance to client services and other personnel.
+ Provide team support and product information on strategic products as assigned by manager.

Required skills:

+ Educated to degree level or equivalent would be ideal.
+ A minimum of three years experience in a similar project delivery/implementation role, ideally in a technology or software as a service environment. You must be extremely comfortable with working in a fast paced, multi-project, deadline heavy environment with software based solutions. This is essential, as you will need to hit the ground running.
+ Worked heavily on mobile app projects using native iOS and Android.
+ You must have a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. It is vital that you are a strong team player, motivated by organisational success.
+ Strong client management skills and ability to execute.
+ Highly organised and details orientated.
+ Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
+ A positive, determined approach to researching and analysing new methods and processes.
+ Takes ownership of personal actions and outcomes.
+ Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
+ Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, telephone and presentation.
+ Excellent organisational and time management skills.
+ A positive attitude to dealing with people and problems.
+ A strong sense of personal responsibility towards getting the job done.
