Sales Administrator - 3D Printing Technology Company
£18,000 - £20,000 D.O.E.
We are one of the largest recycler and remanufacturers of inkjet printer cartridges in Europe and also provide the exciting new Polaroid 3D Printers and 3D Pen technology. The company has an enviable reputation for product quality and a blue chip client base across Europe.
You will join a small, highly successful senior sales team, providing support for all Inkjet and 3D Solutions customers. Build and maintain great professional business relationships with both new and existing clients by taking responsibility for all administration and phone calls that come through the department. To contribute to the growth and development of the Company by showing a genuine interest in the sales and marketing processes and being passionate about the success of the business.
Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities:
+ Liaise with all new and existing customers/prospects to assist the sales process across all areas, and aim to upsell wherever possible/appropriate
+ Maintain the client database and input data into SAP B1 and other systems as required
+ Research and gather information for opportunities to support new sales
+ Assist colleagues in preparation for any sales tenders, presentations or departmental
documentation as required
+ Liaise with all internal departments to provide necessary support material and ensure
bilateral communication to drive maximum efficiency
+ Assist the Directors with the day-to-day support
+ Carry out all sales admin tasks and any other general duties as required
Sales Administrator Required Knowledge & Experience:
+ Some previous sales administration experience
+ Experience within a fast paced office environment
+ Excellent verbal and written business English communication skills
+ Computer literate with intermediate level knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and particularly PowerPoint.
+ Strong maths skills for calculating/checking pricing information
+ Knowledge of SAP B1 and clients database systems would be an advantage
+ Polite, tactful and confident telephone manner
+ Pro-active, one step ahead attitude to truly support the Sales function
+ Flexible attitude to working hours with opportunities to represent Company offsite at Exhibitions
+ The aptitude to work without guidance where necessary as well as the capability to work within a team or follow certain instructions/suggestions in order to obtain the best possible results.
+ Attention to detail and ability to absorb and understand any information supplied with a genuine willingness to learn.
+ Ability to understand the work flow between this role and the responsibilities of others and ability to understand how the overall work of this role is connected with all necessary departments within the company.
+ The competence to see a project through from inception to completion.
+ Ability to work to strict deadlines and be flexible timewise in order to achieve them
+ To be a strong and confident communicator amongst peers and clients both internally and externally
+ Live within 1 hour of London NW10
