With many high profile commercial clients our highly experienced team design bespoke drainage and plumbing solutions and pioneer new lining techniques plus provide detailed, informative and reliable camera surveys.

The Technical Sales Support Administrator Role:

The Technical Sales Support Administrator will nurture relationships with our clients to ensure that these accounts generate repeat business and maximum long term revenue.

Sales administrators play a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and provide an important link between the salesperson the client and our operations department. Working in a challenging and competitive environment, processing all sales-related paperwork and arranging appointments for salespeople to visit new and established customers.
Compiling reports and quotations on a day to day basis.

You will often be the first point of contact for customers who may need assistance with orders, requests and complaints

Principle Responsibilities/Duties Include:

+ Processing new sales leads and existing client requests.
+ Processing sales orders through to the Operations Department such that all supporting documentation and Risk/Method Statements required for Operations to carry out the works are correct.
+ Managing correspondence between the sales team and clients, preparing reports to clients.
+ Monitoring customer accounts, answering complaints and invoice queries.
+ Providing data and reports to help the sales team perform to maximum efficiency.
+ Preparing and sending smaller value quotations daily.
+ Following up on sent quotations and converting to orders.
+ Answering phone calls and relating fully any requests to the relevant person.
+ Scheduling diaries and ensuring the sales team are working efficiently to make client and site visits.
+ To cover a 40 hour week working 8.30am to 5.30pm

Additional:

+ To cover other operations work as and when required
+ To attend relevant courses
+ Such other comparable duties as may be required by the Company Director
+ 40 hours per week
