The Workshop Controller role:

As Workshop Controller, you will oversee a team of technicians, managing and coaching whilst ensuring targets and business objectives are met. You will be expected to manage workshop loading, efficiency, productivity, and quality of work.

You will provide excellent customer service, whilst maintaining a clear focus on running a proficient after sales department. You must be able to comply with company and brand standards, maximise profitability and ensure deadlines are always adhered to.

This is an excellent opportunity to show us that you have an enviable and proven track record of performance.

About you:

+ Previous experience as a Master Technician within the Motor Trade (essential)
+ Experience as a Workshop Controller would be beneficial but is not essential
+ Exceptional communication skills
+ Hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
