We will work with you to build a bespoke Virtual Interview that will enable you to profile candidates and assess their soft skills, attitude, suitability or any other competency to help you to distinguish between the good and great and the out of this world!
Virtual Interviews can be fully branded and can consist of single/multiple choice, rating scale, numerical and comment/essay questions.
After the candidate has completed the Virtual Interview we’ll send you the results which you can use to aid the short listing process. Our standard service will then resume and we will organise the interview process for you.
