The Management Accountant Opportunity:

The Finance team works alongside other Group Services functions, such as IT, HR and Reception to assist the agencies at all levels in a pragmatic, approachable and client-first manner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hardworking, family run company, which is not your usual office environment (we don't really do corporate!). We offer the opportunity to work and develop in a friendly and fun environment.

This is a role that requires you to get stuck in and hit the ground running, supporting the core functions of the Finance department and contributing to the continued improvement of the commercial health and performance of the business. This will involve working closely with key stakeholders within the agencies so strong relationship building and communication skills are key.

You’ll have the confidence to own the full P&L and balance sheet for one of our UK agencies along with the LA office. As well as leading/following up on balance sheet actions, including resolving reconciling items and streamlining processes for better financial control and visibility.

About You:

+ Part or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA – we’re not that fussy) with a few years’ experience of management accounts production under your belt
+ Strong knowledge on producing monthly management accounts (including income reviews, processing journals and variance analysis)
+ VAT knowledge to produce quarterly reconciliations and returns
+ Previous experience in budgeting, forecasting and production of management and commercial account packs
+ An expert at Excel and finance systems (ideally Paprika)
