The HR & Payroll Support Administrator Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled HR and Payroll Administrator to support our 3 Fixed Based Operators in Italy (Milan Malpensa / Milan Linate / Roma Ciampino). You will work closely with HR Business Partners to provide efficient and effective HR support to local management on all aspects of payroll and personnel’s administration, employee lifecycle, internal processes and legal requirements.

While you will be primarily based in Milan Linate, you will also have the opportunity to travel to other locations occasionally (approx. every 6 weeks) including at least 1 day in Roma and 3 to 5 days per year in other locations around Europe!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Managing payroll data collection, entry, and validation
+ Administering social security and insurance obligations & declarations monthly
+ Supporting local management in recruitment and labour law compliance
+ Providing visible HR presence, supporting managers through employee lifecycle stages, from recruitment, performance management to disciplinary
+ Assisting in employee relations, talent review processes, and engagement initiatives
+ Ensuring compliance with local employment laws & CCN
+ Developing and distributing company policies, maintaining HR activity trackers, assisting with employee communications

About You:

+ A HR professional with previous experience in an international environment
+ Good knowledge and practise on Payroll & HR Administration with strong knowledge of employment legislation
+ Fluent in English
+ Proficient with IT Tools
+ Excellent organisational skills
+ Able to drive change and team work spirit
