We find people for hundreds of companies across the UK and have the lowest “success fee” of its kind in the market. If you find a service which does what we do and charges less then let us know and we’ll beat it!.
We’re not a job board-reseller and we’re not a low cost spin-off developed by a traditional recruitment agency in response to the economic climate.
We devised our model in 2005 and this is all we do – we keep it simple!!
With a rise in low recruitment fees you’ll find that most charge an upfront cost simply to place adverts across the internet. We are proud that our low cost recruitment solution stands apart from this kind of service with a full and value added service and, of course, a low success based fee!

Background…
When we started RecruitmentRevolution.com in 2005, our goal was to give companies access to a great results based low cost recruitment service: not a mass online advertising service, but a solution which extracted the best bits out of current recruitment systems to create a new twist on the old agency model.
Whatever you think about the traditional recruitment agency, their best traits are the ability to give your vacancy maximum exposure, the personal service they deliver, and of course a results-based fee. But the fee can be the worst bit: 15-25% is just too much for many companies to swallow.
This is why we set about creating an online system part-automated and partly serviced by real people (Hi, from us!) enabling companies to recruit at low cost whilst still receiving that important personal service. When we launched, our model was recognised as a refreshing change and yes, a “revolution”. Subsequently this generated much press coverage for us including articles in the Independent, Real Business Magazine and on BBC Radio, not to mention the involvement and success in several business awards.
The company has gone from strength to strength and we have sourced people for over 500 companies ranging from SOHOs and SMEs to PLCs and famous brands.
We pride ourselves on our great success rate across multi-sectors and at different levels. We can fill positions in every sector including retail, administration, science and engineering, media and IT, filling roles from entry level to senior management.

Despite our name, we aren’t a recruitment agency or business but more of a “Relationship Facilitator”.
Many companies will over-complicate recruitment with complex processes and jargon, but we don’t - unless you request it of course! We are simply here to introduce two parties who might want to work together- (And of course, we look after all the associated background processes and administration).
We have developed a great business through building strong relationships with our clients. We pride ourselves on our approachable and friendly service and when a job needs doing we get it done even if this means getting a takeaway delivered to the office!
