Firstly...
In 2005 we launched our first-to-market online recruitment agency concept providing companies with a unique alternative to poor performing job adverts and 20% agency fees.
We’re not a Flat Fee job board-reseller (the guys who charge you a similar fee to simply advertise your role) and we’re not a low cost spin-off developed by a traditional recruitment agency who has suddenly seen the light.
This is what we've be doing since 2005 and we're different!
We created something special and our unique pricing model, personal service and in-house technology has gained us an enviable reputation in our marketplace.

Background…
When we launched in 2005 our goal was to create an online version of the high street recruitment agency but without the ridiculously high fees and spin. We felt it was time that companies both big and small had access to a low cost recruitment service that enabled them to pay a low fixed fee upon hire, whilst still receiving a fully managed service.
When we launched, our model was recognised as a refreshing change and yes, a “Revolution”. Subsequently, this generated much press coverage for us including articles in The Independent, Regional Press, Real Business Magazine and on BBC Radio, not to mention the involvement and success in several business awards.
We pride ourselves on our high success rate across multi-sectors and each year we find everyone from Administrators and Software Engineers to Scientists and Company Directors for over 1000 companies.

We're not recruitment consultants and we don't try to manufacture placements. We keep it simple and see ourselves as more of a “Relationship Facilitator”.
Many companies will over-complicate recruitment with complex processes and jargon, but we don’t - unless you request it of course! We are simply here to introduce two parties who might want to work together and allow them to progress directly. (We do look after all the associated background administration and we're here to help if needed).
We have developed a great business through building strong relationships with our clients. We pride ourselves on our approachable and friendly service and when a job needs doing we get it done even if this means getting a takeaway delivered to the office!
