As the market leader in UK High Street adult gaming venues, and one of the most visited online gaming lounges, Talarius’ requirement was for employees with extensive experience in the field of Gaming.
Intrigued by our approach, they initially instructed us to find Gaming Venue managers on a nationwide basis. After these campaigns proved highly successful, the company then used RecruitmentRevolution.com for more senior, head office and field positions including – Corporate Branding Manager, Procurement Manager, Senior Business Development Managers, Accounts Administrator, Regional Managers, Area Managers, Area Support Managers, and Gaming Managers.
Perhaps our biggest achievement was when Talarius asked us to help them recruit nationwide Field Service Engineers in response to the company bringing this function “in-house”.
After a plan of action and sliding scale pricing model was agreed we got straight to work and launched campaigns to attract engineers who had specific experience with Amusement with Prizes machines. After interview requests were received, Talarius sent us destinations and time slots enabling us to book in the meetings.
As we organised the interviews, we saved their HR team time – when you are scheduling 8+ meetings for each interview day it’s inevitable that people want to move around which requires an element of forward thinking and good organisational skills. We likened ourselves to Air Traffic Controllers having to manage bringing in a sky full of planes to land.
Soon afterwards, Talarius had their Field Engineers and we had proved that again we have the tools to help companies build teams quickly and cost effectively. If Talarius had engaged the services of a traditional recruitment agency this exercise would have pushed £64,000 –
we brought it in at under £10,000!!
