Browns (SMS) Ltd is a luxury fashion brand that demands the best people to look after its discerning clients.
Browns initially approached us to help them reduce their cost per hire and recruit luxury retail stylists for their London stores with the emphasis on luxury fashion and designer experience.
We worked our magic and implemented a campaign to attract the right candidates. We received applications from hundreds of candidates with retail experience, and our team filtered the responses, loading only the most viable candidates into the Browns Fashion online management system.
The result
We achieved our objective proving that we had the skills and ability to find the people that Browns needed. This formed what would become a successful partnership: across one year alone we sourced 12 new people for the company – Retail Associates and Retail Managers for their fashion, bridal, jewellery and shoe boutiques, Accounts Payable Clerk, Management Accountant, Web Editor and perhaps our biggest success, Financial Controller.
