The Sales and Performance Manager role:

As the Sales and Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth both at events and fixed locations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring sales teams, and fostering productive relationships with key stakeholders. With a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence, you will lead by example, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales in events and fixed locations
+ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
+ Being hands on and leading by example, working as part of the team on site
+ Managing performance, reviewing and evaluating individuals on a regular basis
+ Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel
+ Proactively developing and implementing new sales initiatives/ strategies
+ Compiling daily & weekly performance reports
+ Staffing all shifts
+ Ensuring all agents have uniform
+ Tracking hours worked
+ Looking for new leads and events
+ Mentoring new staff with the assistance of the HR & Development Lead
+ Assisting with recruitment of the sales team

A bit about you:

+ Previous experience managing sales teams
+ Motivator, Team leader who is not afraid to get hands-on
+ Able to sell yet also be able to manage and grow the team
+ Must be based in Ireland or Northern Ireland and able to travel
+ Clean drivers licence
+ Ability to drive a larger vehicle advantageous
+ Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite and Workforce Management Software (Liveforce)
