Using their bad experiences to make a better job website

A Sunninghill couple who mean business have launched what could be the first recruitment website of its kind in the world. Jamie Mistlin, 27 and Anna Taylor, 24 of Silwood Road are behind www.recruitmentrevolution.localhost which claims to be the first website to merge the high street agency with an online job board. It aims to make it easier to find employment by letting people apply for the jobs they choose, have a say in their salaries and make more money as agency fees are reduced.

Jamie said: “we came up with the idea through our own poor experiences with agencies when we were temping as students and we thought it was really strange a third party was taking a cut of our earnings. “So we decided to create a new more exciting and refreshing system for those who are fed up with the process too.”

Mr Mistlin continued “This system has never been produced before and that has been acknowledged by the online recruitment marketing council- it is also possibly the first of its kind in the world.”

The website was over a year in the making, with the pair working flat out to produce a mammoth 250- page business plan ands getting money together to fund the project. Jamie added “It was difficult and there were times when we thought:” will we ever get through this?’ Bute we have silenced the critics and are making significant waves in the industry.”
